Like a surfer catching the ultimate barrel wave you have some choices this year. The experience is a separate entity and how you react, roll with it or embrace it is completely up to you. You may choose to ride it and cut straight through the centre of the magnificent glass tube or surrender and tumble to the floor.

It might not necessarily be bad experiences or situations that come your way (although some of you might be experiencing your “Tower” moment) but it could be even the littlest thing that tips you up. The straw that breaks the camel’s back, so to speak.

Anytime there’s an upending, there’s a brilliance and a beauty and a guaranteed fresh start. You can also use any kind of upheaval as a long awaited chance to ditch sh*t that doesn’t serve you or work for you. I’d advise to do this long before it becomes tiresome but we’re not all built that way, so please do take these opportunities to cut out the old or even “blerggh” and stick to those things, people, places, behaviours, habits etc that make you feel better than just alright.
